Today, Chiang Rai is a travelers paradise endowed with abundant natural tourist attractions and antiquities; the province itself is evidence of past civilization. More about Chiang Rai Imperial Golden Triangle Resort Hotel Reviews, Thailand Excellent service. We had some troubles with a potential flight cancellation and sawadee was very helpful in contacting the hotel we had booked and was even able to get a refund although the hotel policy would normally not have allowed it., April 11, 2011 by Donald Bruce Easton visited on:April 6, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for your money. Only down-side was that the laundry service was very expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed at." | Somewhat daunting for the first-time visitor to Thailand - once you re familiar with country and its ways, it s all good., April 10, 2011

Staff very pleasant and friendly. Grounds beautifully maintained as well. Good swimming pool along with other activities. Lovely restaurant and superb views of the Mekong River. Very large rooms, fresh and very clean with a great balcony and excellent views. We arrived for Songkran and had a fantastic time with the locals. Good location with lots to see and do. by Miss Rajvi Kishorechand Mohanlal Shah visited on:February 6, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "The Imperial Golden Triangle Resort is a beautiful hotel set in an excellent location, at the heart of the Golden triangle. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good variety. The hotel is within a few minutes walking distance from local shops and massage parlours. Please note that the hotel is at leasy an hour away from Chiang Rai town centre. However, it is a very tranquil and quiet setting and the views from the hotel are absolutely magnificent. There are hardly any restaurants in the area for dinner. However, the hotel offers a wide variety of meals for dinner which is good value for money. For those of you who want a good massage service, I highly recommend the massage parlour just outside the hotel (its a minutes walk down the hill from the hotel). I highly recommend the Imperial hotel for its service, views, quality, location and staff, and would definitely rate it higher than any of the 5 star hotels I have lived in within that area <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" | Perfect, February 6, 2010
